Spiritual Success

Spread The Good News

Faith is a lot like a sales job, the difference is that you’re not selling anything, you are trying to spread the truth that sets all men free. *Build on this*

Get in to your Word Daily: Whether you want read the scriptures or just take time to focus in on our Father, who is also the Word. Spending time with Him counts. Ephesians 6:11-12a – Put on the complete armour of Elohim, for you to have power to stand against the schemes of the devil. Because we do not wrestle against flesh and blood,  we are spiritual people, the Word speaks to us when we meditate on Him. Meditating on Yeshua. (Not discouraging)

Deuteronomy 17:18-20
18 “And it shall be, when he sits on the throne of his reign, that he shall write for himself a copy of this Torah in a book, from the one before the priests, the Lĕwites.
19 And it shall be with him, and he shall read it all the days of his life, so that he learns to fear יהוה his Elohim and guard all the Words of this Torah and these laws, to do them,”
20 so that his heart is not lifted up above his brothers, and so as not to turn aside from the command, right or left, so that he prolongs his days in his reign, he and his children, in the midst of Yisra’ĕl.

Amos 8:11
11 “See, days are coming,” declares the Master יהוה, “that I shall send a hunger in the land, not a hunger for bread, nor a thirst for water, but for hearing the Words of יהוה.

He wants us to be hungry for the hearing of His word. People every day are seeking to hear His word.

Psalms 1:1-6
1 Blessed is the man who shall not walk in the counsel of the wrong, And shall not stand in the path of sinners, And shall not sit in the seat of scoffers,
2 But his delight is in the Torah of יהוה, And he meditates in His Torah day and night.
3 For he shall be as a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That yields its fruit in its season, And whose leaf does not wither, And whatever he does prospers.
4 The wrong are not so, But are like the chaff which the wind blows away.
5 Therefore the wrong shall not rise in the judgment, Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
6 For יהוה knows the way of the righteous, But the way of the wrong comes to naught.

Meditate and prosper!

The process of growing in Messiah is also a process of searching the Scriptures. We have so many people who will tell us what Elohim desires of us, but until we begin the process of examining their fruit against the word of the Most High, we can’t trust it.

Psalms 119:9
How would a young man cleanse his path? To guard it according to Your word.
When we pray “lead us not into temptation” many times God is saying ” I am trying to tell you but you won’t listen”. Reading God’s word instructs in both the ways of righteousness and the ways of error.

Psalm 19:10-11
10 More desirable than gold, Than much fine gold; And sweeter than honey and the honeycomb.
11 Also, Your servant is warned by them, In guarding them there is great reward.

When the word becomes a priority in our life, it changes everything so that we and prosper according to His desire.

Edify yourself and others.

Ephesians 4:29-31
29 Let no corrupt word come out of your mouth, but only such as is good for the use of building up, so as to impart what is pleasant to the hearers.
30 And do not grieve the Set-apart Spirit of Elohim, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.
31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and displeasure, and uproar, and slander be put away from you, along with all evil.

Proverbs 4:24
24 Turn away from you a crooked mouth, And put perverse lips far from you.

Colossians 3:17
17 And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the Name of the Master יהושע, giving thanks to Elohim the Father through Him.

Being Able to be Instructed

Hĕ Lead me in Your truth (Waw) and teach me, For You are the Elohim of my deliverance; On You I wait all the day.

Develop your faith and set some milestones to give you something to strive for.

“Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Won’t you first sit down and estimate the cost to see if you have enough money to complete it?”

Psalm 33:11
“But the plans of the Lord stand firm forever, the purposes of his heart through all generations.”

2 Chronicles 15:7
“But as for you, be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded.”

Philippians 3:13-14
13 Brothers, I do not count myself to have laid hold of it yet, but only this: forgetting what is behind and reaching out for what lies ahead,
14 I press on toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of Elohim in Messiah יהושע.

Setting short- and long-term goals to reach will help you strive and thrive. In my job, it’s a critical part of our career, without them, there isn’t any motivation.

Admit to your failure so you can confess to Elohim.

Proverbs 24:16
The righteous may fall seven times but still get up, but the wicked will stumble into trouble.

Romans 3:23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
